Hi guys! This week has been quite a rush and I have not had a moment to sit for too
long in order to write. So, it is going to be a short one this week.
With that in mind, I’d like to introduce you all to Jeanine Niyonzima-Aroian from JNP
Coffee.
Jeanine is an amazing woman doing absolutely phenomenal work in Africa, specifically
in her home country of Burundi.
I met Jeanine at a SCA conference in Portland in 2022. I watched her infectious smile
and energy draw people in. It most certainly did me. Her story inspired and encouraged
me deeply that someone was working toward a similar mission, and she had created
profound, courageous and brave ways to work around the issues faced by the female
coffee producers in Burundi.
So, today, I am including a link to JNP Coffee to introduce her work and all that she is
doing. Please read about her story at the following link:

I’d like to take a moment to thank you all who have purchased our latest Colombian
from Primitivo. I will give you an update in a few weeks, as to the total given to research
related to female coffee producers because of purchases you have made. I cannot
thank you enough for all you are doing to help us reach our goals in this supporting
these women!
Thanks for traveling El Camino with us!
